The posting

Pour le compte de notre client, une fiduciaire reconnue de la place genevoise, nous recherchons un·e Expert·e fiduciaire diplômé·e.

Dans cette fonction, vous gérez en toute autonomie un portefeuille de clients et intervenez comme interlocuteur privilégié sur des problématiques comptables, fiscales, salariales et financières. Selon votre expérience, vous participez également à l-encadrement de l-équipe et au développement des activités de la fiduciaire.

Vos responsabilités  ##

  • Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de mandats composé de PME, d-indépendants, de sociétés et de particuliers
  • Superviser la tenue des comptabilités et assurer la revue des dossiers
  • Établir et réviser les bouclements annuels et intermédiaires
  • Préparer les états financiers conformément aux normes comptables suisses
  • Superviser les décomptes TVA et traiter les problématiques particulières
  • Établir ou revoir les déclarations fiscales de personnes physiques et morales
  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs problématiques comptables, fiscales, salariales et administratives
  • Accompagner les clients dans la création, la restructuration, la transmission ou la liquidation de sociétés
  • Assurer le suivi des échéances et garantir la qualité des prestations
  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire progresser les collaborateurs plus juniors
  • Participer à l-amélioration des processus et des outils internes
  • Contribuer au développement et à la fidélisation de la clientèle
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la direction et les différents spécialistes de la fiduciaire

Votre profil ##

  • Diplôme fédéral d-expert·e fiduciaire, brevet fédéral d-agent·e fiduciaire ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Les candidatures de personnes en cours de formation seront également considérées
  • Expérience confirmée au sein d-une fiduciaire en Suisse
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité et des bouclements selon les normes suisses
  • Solides connaissances en fiscalité suisse des personnes physiques et morales
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques de TVA, de salaires et d-assurances sociales
  • Expérience dans la gestion autonome d-un portefeuille de mandats
  • Capacité à traiter des dossiers complexes et à proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et véritable sens du conseil
  • Capacité à encadrer et à accompagner des collaborateurs
  • Français courant, avec un bon niveau d-anglais constituant un réel avantage
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels fiduciaires
  • La connaissance d-Abacus, Winbiz, Bexio, Crésus ou d-un logiciel équivalent constitue un atout
