Dein im Überblick

Was du bei uns bewirkst

  • Du bringst dein Fachwissen im Garantiegeschäft ein und wickelst unterschiedliche Garantiearten eigenständig und kompetent ab.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von SERV\-versicherten Garantien.
  • Du berätst Unternehmenskund:innen bedürfnisspezifisch und erarbeitest massgeschneiderte Lösungsvarianten.
  • Du unterstützt, berätst und begleitest unsere Kundenberater:innen und Assistent:innen bei Garantiegeschäften.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Erreichung der quantitativen und qualitativen Teamziele bei.
  • Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben inkl. Kundenkorrespondenz selbstständig.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige praktische Bankerfahrung und bist eine ausgewiesene Fachperson im Bereich Garantien.
  • Du hast ein professionelles, gewinnendes Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
  • Du zeichnest dich gegenüber den Kund:innen durch eine ausgeprägte Service\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung aus.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und selbstständig.
  • Du bringst dich in das Team ein.
  • Du bist stil\- und verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift).
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und bist sattelfest im Umgang mit Office\-Anwendungen.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du zusätzlich Erfahrung im Bereich Bauhandwerkerpfandrecht.
