Diesen Beitrag können Sie leisten

  • Bearbeiten von komplexen fachlichen und technischen Fragestellungen zum elektronischen Gesundheitsdossier (E\-GD) im Rahmen des Swiss Health Data Space (SwissHDS)
  • Analysieren von fachlichen und technischen Problemstellungen sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen und Konzepten im Rahmen der Erarbeitung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen des E\-GD
  • Begleitung der Zertifizierung und des Betriebs der vom Bund verwalteten Systeme für das heutige elektronische Patientendossier (hauptsächlich das vom BAG zur Verfügung gestellte Zertifizierungstestsystem)

Das macht Sie einzigartig

  • Universitärer Hochschulabschluss (idealerweise in Informatik, Medizininformatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik) sowie mindestens 7\-jährige Arbeitserfahrung im Bereich eHealth
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Technik, Entwicklung und Betrieb von grossen IT\-Lösungen im Gesundheitsbereich sowie idealerweise auch in der Beschaffung solcher Lösungen; vertiefte technische Kenntnisse über EPD\-Komponenten, \-Technik und \-Architektur
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von komplexen Projekten und im Multi\-Stakeholder\-Management mit Bezug zum Schweizerischen Gesundheitssystem
  • Weiterreichendes Interesse an und Kenntnisse von rechtlichen und organisatorischen Rahmenbedingungen von eHealth, öffentlichen Dienstleistungen sowie dem politischen System der Schweiz
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Organisationsgeschick, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem überdurchschnittlichen Mass an Eigenverantwortung sowie hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute redaktionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten sowie aktive Kenntnisse von zwei Amtssprachen und wenn möglich passive Kenntnisse der dritten Amtssprache
