Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin Notfallpflege NDS HF oder Dipl. Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF verbinden Sie in Zürich klinische Notfallpflege mit einer verantwortungsvollen Funktion in der praktischen Ausbildung. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % betreuen Sie interdisziplinäre Notfallpatientinnen und Notfallpatienten, führen Triage und Erstbeurteilungen durch und begleiten gleichzeitig NDS-Studierende fachlich durch ihre praktische Weiterbildung. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar und richtet sich an erfahrene Notfallpflegefachpersonen, die ihr Wissen strukturiert weitergeben und die Qualität der Berufsbildung aktiv mitgestalten möchten.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Notfallstation entlang des gesamten Pflegeprozesses
  • Durchführung von Triage, Ersteinschätzungen sowie Einleitung pflegerischer und medizinischer Sofortmassnahmen
  • Förderung, Begleitung und Qualifikation von Studierenden NDS HF gemäss curricularen Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Einsatzplanung und Ausbildungskoordination der Studierenden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Ausbildungskonzepten und Bildungsstandards
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität durch professionelles Handeln in komplexen Notfallsituationen
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Berufsbildung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Weiterbildung als Dipl. Expertin / Experte Notfallpflege NDS HF
  • Berufspädagogische Weiterbildung wie SVEB 1 oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, davon mindestens ein bis zwei Jahre auf einer Notfallstation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
