Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Industrieunternehmen im Raum St. Gallen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als

Exportsachbearbeiter 100% (a), St. Gallen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteilbestellungen über den gesamten Prozess hinweg \- von der Erfassung des Kundenbedarfs bis zur termingerechten Auslieferung
  • Aufbereitung und Kontrolle der notwendigen Unterlagen für den internationalen Warenversand
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Transporten für technische Komponenten und Maschinen in verschiedene Länder
  • Prüfung der relevanten Handels\- und Zollanforderungen sowie Sicherstellung einer korrekten Exportabwicklung
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden, Logistikpartnern und internen Schnittstellen zur Einhaltung vereinbarter Liefertermine
  • Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung effizienter Prozesse im Export\- und Ersatzteilbereich

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Export oder Aussenhandel
  • Berufserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung; Kenntnisse im Ersatzteilgeschäft sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollwesen und in der internationalen Versandabwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern in einem internationalen Umfeld
