Tasks ##

  • Plan and implement commercial activities effectively.
  • Acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Manage sales administration and CRM updates efficiently.

Skills ##

  • CFC in commerce or equivalent and 3 years of external sales experience.
  • Strong initiative and customer orientation.
  • Excellent French and good German knowledge preferred.

Your tasks

  • Planning and implementation of commercial activities
  • Planning and implementation of actions to acquire new clients, as well as monitoring and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Administrative sales management (preparation of order documents via instructions addressed to the internal service)
  • Assistance in planning and implementing mailings, as well as their follow-up
  • Customer advice and sales by telephone
  • Telephone follow-up of quotes as needed
  • Management and updating of the CRM system (correct and up-to-date data entry, e.g. customer contacts)

Your profile

  • Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
  • External sales professional, with at least 3 years of experience
  • A good knowledge of the media sector in Switzerland and an already established network of contacts in French-speaking Switzerland are a major asset
  • Team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset, working independently with the support of a team
  • A keen sense of initiative, strong ambition and a strong customer orientation
  • Knowledge of MS Office software applications
  • Excellent command of French, good knowledge of German desired
