Für einen renommierten Kunden in Basel, ein Wohn- und Pflegeheim, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Stationsleitung, 80-100%. Ihnen wird eine selbstständige, anspruchsvolle, abwechslungsreiche Führungsaufgabe in einem lebhaften und familiären Arbeitsumfeld geboten. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist das Haus sehr gut zu erreichen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Solides und praxiserprobtes Pflegefachwissen
  • Praxiserfahrung und Fachkenntnisse aus der Langzeitpflege
  • Führungserfahrung und bestenfalls eine Führungsausbildung
  • Empathische Grundhaltung im Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen sowie zu den Angehörigen und Ärzten
  • Hohe Sozial- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Kommunikative und reflektierte Persönlichkeit
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Offenheit und Humor

Aufgaben ##

  • Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung
  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Sicherstellung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Beratung, Förderung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im Team
  • Projektarbeiten im Rahmen der Qualitätsprozesse
