Das REHAB Basel, Klinik für Neurorehabilitation und Paraplegiologie, behandelt und rehabilitiert Patienten\*innen mit Querschnittlähmung, Hirnverletzung sowie verwandten Krankheitsbildern nach Unfall oder Erkrankung. Unser oberstes Ziel ist es, zusammen mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen, die grösstmögliche Selbständigkeit und eine optimale Lebensqualität zu erreichen. Wir behandeln erfolgreich im Bereich der Erst\- sowie Folgerehabilitation.

Die Klinik verfügt über 110 Betten und einen ambulanten Betrieb. Rund 660 Mitarbeiter\*innen setzen Visionen und Werte des REHAB Basel in ihrem Arbeitsalltag um. Sie arbeiten in einem einmaligen Gebäude im attraktiven Dreiländereck Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich.

Vom ersten Tag des stationären Aufenthaltes an bis in das ambulante Setting begleiten wir unsere Patient\*innen mit unseren physiotherapeutischen Massnahmen. Die Physiotherapie ist Teil des interprofessionellen Teams und verfolgt nach einer gründlichen Befundaufnahme die festgelegten Ziele methodisch nach \- und weiteren Konzepten. Unsere Physiotherapeut\*innen sind spezialisiert in diversen Techniken und Konzepten.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Fachteams suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung *eine\n**Fachexpert\in Physiotherapie 60%\-80%* .

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

Fachliche Teamentwicklung

  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Evaluation evidenzinformierter Best\-Practice\-Konzepte zur physiotherapeutischen Befundung und Behandlung
  • Unterstützung der fachlichen und klinischen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden durch Supervision, Mentoring und individuelle Beratung
  • Förderung des fachlichen Austausches und Wissenstransfers im Team durch die Begleitung von Fachgruppen sowie die Planung und Durchführung interner Fortbildungen

Klinische Tätigkeit

  • Physiotherapeutische Befundung und Behandlung von Patient\*innen mit komplexen neurologischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Umsetzung evidenzinformierter und patientenzentrierter Evaluations\- und Behandlungsansätze in der klinischen Praxis

Datenmanagement und Forschung

  • Organisation, Aufbereitung und Auswertung klinischer Daten und Forschungsdaten zur Evaluation der Wirksamkeit von Behandlungsansätzen und klinischen Prozessen
  • Mitarbeit an kliniknahen Forschungs\- und Entwicklungsprojekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossener MSc
  • Diplomierte\r Physiotherapeut\in HF / FH
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Neurorehabilitation und Paraplegiologie
  • Gute methodische und didaktische Kompetenzen
  • Grundkenntnisse in Datamanagement, Datenbankstrukturen und Datenorganisation
  • Erfahrung mit REDCap, insbesondere in der Entwicklung und im Aufbau von Projekten, ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse für die Bearbeitung von Fachliteratur
