Deine Aufgaben --------------

● Konzeptionelle Verantwortung für das technische FM und Umsetzung des kontinuierlichen Lifecycle Managements für das gesamte Portfolio ● Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien, Erstellung von Lasten\-/Pflichtenheften technischer Anlagen ● Zentrale Schnittstelle und strategischer Sparringspartner für interne Stakeholder im Bereich FM ● Kontinuierliche Optimierung von FM\-Prozessen, Tools und Schnittstellen sowie fachlicher Support für das operative FM\-Team im Tagesgeschäft ● Steuerung und Überwachung von Lieferanten, Fachplanern und Dienstleistern unter Einhaltung aller Projektziele, Normen und Vorgaben ● Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines nationalen Qualitätsmanagements im technischen FM ● Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen

Dein Profil -----------

● Abgeschlossenes Studium oder fundierte Weiterbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäude\-, Umwelt\- oder Energietechnik ● Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Facility Management sowie hohes technisches Verständnis ● Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hoher Flexibilität ● Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Stärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen, Partnern und Lieferanten ● Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; gute ösisch\- und/oder Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
