Als Fach\-Coach \- so heissen bei uns intern unsere Fachexpertinnen und \-experten begleitest du in der Region Nord Mitarbeitende in ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung, stärkst die Pflegequalität und gestaltest die ambulante Pflege aktiv mit. Dabei profitierst du von attraktiven Arbeitsbedingungen: keine Schichtarbeit, keine Nachtarbeit und keine regelmässigen Wochenendeinsätze.

Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team von Fach\-Coachs unterstützt du unsere Mitarbeitenden in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen und bringst dein Fachwissen dort ein, wo es einen echten Unterschied macht.

DEINE AUFGABEN ==============

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Richtlinien im Fachbereich Memory Care (Demenz) und in der Betreuung.
  • Einführung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender mit Fokus auf die Fallführung.
  • Coaching, Schulungen und Fallbesprechungen zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Beratung in komplexen Kundensituationen sowie punktuelle Übernahme von Einsätzen.
  • Förderung einer ressourcen\- und zielorientierten Pflege.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden, Fachstellen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie im Coach\-Trio mit Team\- und HR\-Coachs.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung von Pflege und Organisation.

DU BRINGST MIT ==============

  • Freude an den beschriebenen Aufgaben sowie an der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams und unserer Organisation.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pflege oder eine gleichwertige akademische Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ambulanten oder stationären Bereich.
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu coachen, zu begleiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten, Mitarbeitende aller Kompetenzstufen fachlich zu befähigen und zu fördern.
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
  • Offenheit, die eigene im Rahmen der Organisationsentwicklung weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Coaching\- und/oder Führungserfahrung sind von Vorteil.
