Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit FaGe EFZ – Spitex | Temporär & Festanstellung

Für unsere Kunden im Spitex-Bereich in der Region Winterthur und Zürich suchen wir engagierte und zuverlässige Fachfrauen/Fachmänner Gesundheit FaGe EFZ. Es bestehen Möglichkeiten für temporäre Einsätze sowie Festanstellungen.

Deine Aufgaben: Du betreust und pflegst Klientinnen und Klienten selbstständig in ihrem gewohnten Zuhause und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität bestmöglich zu erhalten. Du übernimmst pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen, führst die Grund- und Behandlungspflege durch und dokumentierst deine Einsätze und Leistungen zuverlässig im System.

Das bringst du mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit FaGe EFZ • Spitex-Erfahrung von Vorteil • Kenntnisse im Perigon-System sind von Vorteil • Führerschein Kategorie B • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Freude an der ambulanten Pflege und am persönlichen Kontakt mit Klientinnen und Klienten • Gute Deutschkenntnisse • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit

Das erwartet dich: • Temporäre Einsätze oder Festanstellung – je nach deinem Wunsch • Abwechslungsreiche und selbstständige Tätigkeit im Spitex-Bereich • Parkplatz vorhanden • Auto für die Einsätze je nach Einsatzbetrieb • Kaffee und Getränke werden zur Verfügung gestellt • Bei Festanstellung 5 Wochen Ferien • Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen • Persönliche Betreuung und Begleitung durch uns während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses und Einsatzes
