Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) – Spitex | Temporär & Festanstellung

Für unsere Kunden im Spitex-Bereich in der Region Wangen-Brüttisellen suchen wir engagierte und zuverlässige Fachfrauen/Fachmänner Gesundheit (FaGe). Es bestehen Möglichkeiten für temporäre Einsätze sowie Festanstellungen.

Deine Aufgaben: Du betreust und pflegst Klientinnen und Klienten selbstständig in ihrem gewohnten Zuhause und unterstützt sie dabei, ihren Alltag möglichst selbstbestimmt zu gestalten. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Grund- und Behandlungspflege, die Durchführung von medizinisch-pflegerischen Massnahmen im Rahmen deiner Kompetenzen, die Medikamentenabgabe, Mobilisation sowie die Beobachtung und Dokumentation des Gesundheitszustandes. Deine Einsätze und erbrachten Leistungen dokumentierst du zuverlässig im System.

Das bringst du mit: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) • Berufserfahrung in der Spitex von Vorteil • Kenntnisse im Perigon-System sind von Vorteil • Führerschein Kategorie B • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Freude an der ambulanten Pflege und am direkten Kontakt mit Menschen • Gute Deutschkenntnisse • Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein • Einfühlungsvermögen und einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit Klientinnen und Klienten

Das erwartet dich: • Temporäre Einsätze oder eine Festanstellung – je nach deinem Wunsch • Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit im Spitex-Bereich • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit viel Eigenverantwortung • Parkplatz vorhanden • Auto für die Einsätze je nach Einsatzbetrieb • Kaffee und Getränke werden zur Verfügung gestellt • Bei Festanstellung 5 Wochen Ferien • Persönliche Betreuung und Begleitung durch uns während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses und Einsatzes
