La journée variée

  • En collaboration avec vos collègues, vous accompagnez et soutenez des adultes présentant des déficiences cognitives et psychiques ainsi que des handicaps multiples avec des comportements parfois difficiles et de l-épilepsie dans leur quotidien
  • Vous percevez les souhaits et ressources des résident(e)s et co-construisez avec eux leur organisation journalière et de loisirs. Vous mettez à profit vos connaissances médicales spécialisées
  • Vous assumez la co-responsabilité de la planification et de la mise en œuvre du processus d-accompagnement, de soins et médical
  • Vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement de l-organisation du service et gardez une vue d-ensemble sur les tâches administratives et ménagères
  • Vous soutenez les apprenti(e)s spécialistes en accompagnement et santé dans le développement de leurs compétences

Vos talents variés

  • Vous êtes spécialiste en santé CFC et avez de l-expérience dans le travail avec des personnes en situation de handicap ou êtes intéressé(e) à vous former dans ce domaine
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) à vous engager pleinement auprès de votre interlocuteur
  • Vous disposez d-une organisation de travail orientée solutions et d-une grande autonomie
  • Avec votre manière créative et transparente de communiquer, vous façonnez le quotidien de manière proactive
  • Vous vous enthousiasmez à créer, avec les résident(e)s, un beau foyer qui répond à leurs besoins
