Für unsere Kundin suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und herzliche Persönlichkeit als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Individuelle und bedürfnisgerechte Pflege sowie Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten sowie weiteren interdisziplinären Fachpersonen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung eines wertschätzenden und respektvollen Wohnumfelds
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Pflegealltag und im Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Freude an der ganzheitlichen Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Teamfähige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
