Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie unterstützen das Pflegeteam bei der Betreuung und Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Notfallzentrum.
  • Sie übernehmen pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Aufgaben innerhalb Ihres Kompetenzbereichs.
  • Sie führen notfallspezifische Zusatzaufgaben (u.a. Vitalzeichenkontrolle, EKG schreiben, Infusionstherapie) durch, beobachten Veränderungen im Gesundheitszustand und leiten relevante Informationen zuverlässig an die zuständige Dipl. Pflegefachperson weiter.
  • Sie unterstützen bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen und übernehmen deren fachgerechte Vor\- und Nachbereitung.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen, dem ärztlichen Dienst und weiteren Berufsgruppen zusammen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Auch wenn Sie noch keine Notfallerfahrung mitbringen, sind Sie bei uns willkommen – wichtig sind Ihre Motivation und die Bereitschaft, sich in die Notfallpflege einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie verfügen über gute medizinaltechnische Fähigkeiten und bringen Sicherheit im Umgang mit akut erkrankten Patientinnen und Patienten mit.
  • Sie schätzen ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld und arbeiten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Sie haben Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit und möchten Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen im Bereich der Notfallversorgung weiterentwickeln.
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und ein kühler , wenn es hektisch wird, runden Ihr Profil ab.
