Du kennst die ambulante Pflege und hast Freude daran, neben der Pflege auch organisatorische und administrative Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Dann suchen wir genau dich!

Deine Aufgaben:

Tagessteuerung und Pflege

  • Sicherstellung der operativen Tagessteuerung sowie der Einsatzplanung des eigenen Teams
  • Koordination und Priorisierung bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen, Notfällen und Planänderungen
  • Entgegennahme und Triage von Kliententelefonen und Mails
  • Planung und Koordination von Bedarfs\- und Re\-Bedarfsabklärungen
  • Übernahme von pflegerischen Einsätzen bei kurzfristigen Ausfällen
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams mit Fallführung und Teamleitung

Administration und Organisation:

  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Ein\- und Austritten sowie Neu\-Anmeldungen
  • Bearbeitung, Ablage und Versand von Verordnungen und weiteren relevanten Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung der Teamleitung in administrativen Belangen

Sicherstellung der administrativen Prozesse rund um die Klientendossiers

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege, idealerweise in einer Spitex
  • Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung, Tagesorganisation oder administrativen Koordination von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Abläufe und Prozesse in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Auch unter Zeitdruck behältst du den Überblick und setzt die richtigen Prioritäten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischen Einsatz\- und Pflegedokumentationssystemen
  • Gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
