Rund 160 Mitarbeitende erbringen täglich wertvolle Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Pflege, Hotellerie und Dienste. Wir suchen eine motivierte und herzliche Pflegefachperson, die unsere Werte lebt und gemeinsam mit uns die Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner gestaltet. Dich erwartet ein inspirierendes Umfeld, in dem du Verantwortung übernehmen und wirklich etwas bewegen kannst. Das sind deine Aufgaben Zusammen mit deinen Arbeitskolleginnen und \-kollegen übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere Bewohnenden im Haus und/oder für unsere Seniorinnen und Senioren in den angrenzenden Alterswohnungen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die FAGE\- und AGS\-Lernenden auf deiner Abteilung. Es bereitet dir Freude, Auszubildende auf ihrem Weg zum Berufsabschluss zu begleiten.
