In unserem Fachbereich Pränatal und Wochenbett begleitest du werdende sowie frischgebackene Familien mit Fachwissen, Empathie und Engagement. Wir stehen für moderne Betreuung, individuelle Begleitung und eine enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Möchtest du Verantwortung übernehmen und Familien in einer besonderen Lebensphase begleiten? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in unserem Team willkommen zu heissen.

Aufgaben ##

Gemeinsam mit den diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen übernimmst du Mitverantwortung für die ganzheitliche Betreuung und Begleitung von Frauen und ihren Bezugspersonen vor und nach der Geburt.

Mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen und Fachkompetenz unterstützt du unsere Wöchnerinnen und Neugeborenen und trägst zu einer individuellen, bedürfnisorientierten Betreuung bei.

Während der Spitzenzeiten zwischen 18.00 und 22.00 Uhr verstärkst du unser Team im Spätdienst. Die Einsätze dauern jeweils rund vier Stunden bei einem Pensum von 20-30 %.

Ein modernes, zukunftsorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit Lean Management und enger interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit prägt deinen Arbeitsalltag.

Auch in dynamischen und herausfordernden Situationen behältst du den Überblick und sorgst mit deiner Flexibilität und deinem Engagement für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Profil ##

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ und bringst idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung auf einer Wochenbettstation mit.

Die einfühlsame Betreuung von Wöchnerinnen und Neugeborenen bereitet dir Freude und liegt dir am Herzen.

Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Offenheit gegenüber Veränderungen zeichnen dich aus. Auch in lebhaften Situationen bewahrst du Ruhe und handelst verantwortungsbewusst.

Ein respektvolles und unterstützendes Miteinander ist dir wichtig. Du schätzt ein Team, in dem man sich gegenseitig unterstützt und gemeinsam an einem Strang zieht.

Mit deiner hilfsbereiten, zuverlässigen und empathischen Art trägst du zu einer positiven Teamkultur bei und unterstützt auch unsere Studierenden und Lernenden in ihrer Entwicklung.
