In zehn Verkaufsfilialen in der Deutschschweiz, zwei Verkaufsfilialen in der Westschweiz und einer Filiale im Tessin bieten wir unserer anspruchsvollen Kundschaft die besten Produkte und Marken, fachkundige Beratung und hochstehenden Service.

Das bewegst du bei uns: -----------------------

  • Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
  • Erstellung und Abwicklung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Selbständige Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach Schweizer Obligationenrecht (OR)
  • Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für juristische Personen
  • Durchführung von Soll\-Ist\-Vergleichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
  • Operative Buchungen und Pflege von Finanzdaten in Microsoft D365
  • Erstellung von Reportings für GL / VR
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling\-Instrumenten
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten zur Entlastung der Leiterin HR und Finanzen

Dein Rucksack ist gepackt: --------------------------

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ) im Bereich Treuhand oder Finanzen
  • Weiterbildung oder laufende Ausbildung im Finanzbereich (z. B. Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen, eidg. Fachausweis)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und/oder im Controlling
  • Abschlusssicherheit nach OR sowie Kenntnisse im Schweizer Steuerrecht für juristische Personen
  • Kenntnisse von Warenlagerbewertung oder Erfahrung in einem Handelsunternehmen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel; Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe IT\-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Loyalität
