Für die Abteilung Sauber- und Reinräume suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als

Fachkraft Sauber- und Reinräume (80% - 100%) mit Entwicklungsperspektive zur Gruppenleitung

Ihre künftigen Aufgaben: • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Produktion • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitenden bei der Führung und Begleitung einer Gruppe von 10 – 16 Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitenden bei der Erfassung von Berichten • Fachgerechte Anpassung und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen • Betreuung einzelner Kundenaufträge inklusive Terminüberwachung und qualitätsgerechte Abwicklung • Koordination der Übergabe von Arbeiten mit den entsprechenden Gruppenleitenden • Erstellung von Hilfsmitteln für die Produktionsabläufe • Unterstützung der Abteilung Qualitätssicherung

Unsere ideale Besetzung: • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung (EFZ), Medizinal-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbereich von Vorteil • Kundenorientierter Teamplayer, Freude und Motivation im Umgang mit Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, initiativ und vielseitig • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse • Grundlagenkenntnisse im Umgang mit Hygiene
