Aufgaben ##

  • Beschäftigungsgrad 58%, 16 Wochenlektionen auf Sekundarstufe I
  • Fächer: Mathematik (MA), Natur und Technik (NT), Wahlfach SOL
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Unterrichts anhand des Lehrplans sowie Nachbereitung und Auswertung der Lektionen
  • Beratung von Schülerinnen und Schülern in Bezug auf individuelle Lern- und Leistungsschwierigkeiten sowie Aufzeigen von Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit im Kollegium, mit der Schulleitung, externen Fachstellen sowie den Erziehungsberechtigten

Profil ##

  • Lehrdiplom für die Sekundarstufe I, in der Schweiz anerkannt
  • Freude am Unterrichten mit Schülerinnen und Schülern aus verschiedensten Kulturen
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Classroom-Management
  • Bereitschaft und Motivation zur Arbeit im integrierten Setting, zusammen mit Schulischen Heilpädagogen und Assistenzen
  • Interesse an der Mitarbeit in der Mittagsbetreuung und Bereitschaft, die gemeinsame Schulkultur mitzutragen
  • Positive Grundeinstellung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Gelassenheit im Umgang mit Neuem und Unsicherheiten

Wir sind eine grosse Schulgemeinde in Zürich-Nord mit 19 Schulen. Wir leiten unsere pädagogische Haltung vom Konzept der Neuen Autorität ab und begegnen so den täglichen Herausforderungen im Schulalltag gemeinsam und wirkungsvoll. An den Sekundarschulen unterrichten die Lehrpersonen in den Unterrichtssequenzen des Selbstorganisierten Lernens (SOL) niveau-durchmischt. Das Schulhaus Campus Glattal führt auf das Schuljahr 2026/27 ergänzend zum SOL das Lernformat «FreiDay» ein. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung liegt in den Bereichen Ressourcenorientierung und Förderung des eigenverantwortlichen und kooperativen Lernens. Die Tagesschule Campus Glattal hat anfangs Schuljahr 2022/23 den Betrieb mit 4 Sekundarklassen aufgenommen und ist im Schuljahr 2024/25 auf 16 Sekundarklassen angewachsen. Die Tagesschule Campus Glattal verfügt über eine eigene Küche und Räumlichkeiten für die Mittagsbetreuung aller Schüler\*innen. Lehrpersonen haben die Möglichkeit höchstens einmal pro Woche in der Mittagsbetreuung mitzuarbeiten. Wir legen grossen Wert auf die Zusammenarbeit des gesamten Schulpersonals und auf eine ganzheitliche Sicht und Begleitung der Jugendlichen.
