Sie bringen Klarheit in komplexe Kostenfragen und behalten den Überblick? Im Fachsupport Kosten der BVD übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für Vollzugs- und Gesundheitskosten. Sie sorgen für korrekte Zuweisungen, bearbeiten Rechnungen und unterstützen Fachstellen, damit Kosten im Vollzug korrekt, nachvollziehbar und effizient abgewickelt werden.

**Ihre Aufgaben**

* Bearbeitung von Gesundheits-, Neben- und Therapiekosten sowie Prüfung und Kontierung von Rechnungen * Ermittlung und Prüfung subsidiärer Kostenträger inkl. Erfassung in GINA * Triage und Verarbeitung von Kreditorenrechnungen im SAP-Workflow * Prüfung von Vollzugs- und Massnahmenkosten sowie Klärung von Zuständigkeiten * Bearbeitung von Rückfragen, Mahnungen und Erstellung von Rückforderungen * Beratung von Fallführenden sowie Mitarbeit bei Fachstelle Kosten, Handbuch und Schulungen

**Ihr Profil**

* Kaufmännische oder medizinische Grundausbildung (z. B. MPA, ZPA) mit Erfahrung in der Administration * Idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Sozialversicherung, Sozialdienst oder im medizinischen Praxisumfeld (z. B. Arzt- oder Zahnarztpraxis) * Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse * Sehr gute Deutsch- oder Französischkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache * Analytisches Denken und sicheres Erfassen komplexer Sachverhalte * Selbständiges, sorgfältiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten

**Über die Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste**

Die Bewährungs- und Vollzugsdienste (BVD) sind Teil des Amts für Justizvollzug des Kantons Bern. Sie setzen die gerichtlich ausgesprochenen Strafurteile um und vollziehen Freiheitsstrafen und strafrechtliche Massnahmen -- ambulant, stationär oder in besonderen Formen wie gemeinnütziger Arbeit, Halbgefangenschaft oder Electronic Monitoring. Gleichzeitig übernehmen die BVD die Bewährungshilfe. Sie unterstützen verurteilte Personen bei der Integration und tragen dazu bei, Rückfälle zu verhindern. Ihr Ziel: eine sichere und nachhaltige Rückkehr in die Gesellschaft. Von Beginn des Vollzugs bis zur Entlassung begleiten sie jeden Fall mit klarer Verantwortung. Der Bereich BVD-Fachsupport klärt und steuert Kostenfragen im Justizvollzug. Er prüft Rechnungen und Kostenträger, sorgt für korrekte Abwicklung von persönlichen Auslagen und unterstützt Fachpersonen sowie Behörden. Zudem optimiert er Prozesse und arbeitet eng mit Finanzen und Rechtsdienst zusammen.
