Aufgabengebiet

  • Planen, organisieren und durchführen von ressourcenorientierten Gruppen\- oder Einzelaktivierungen. (Wohngruppen – übergreifend mit 5 – 20 Teilnehmenden, einzeln oder im Team)
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Anlässen und Ausflügen
  • Fördern und erhalten der noch vorhandenen Fähigkeiten der Bewohnenden
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen weiteren Abteilungen des Betriebes
  • Humor und Freude an der Arbeit mit unseren Bewohnenden sind Dir und uns besonders wichtig

Dein Profil

  • Praxiserfahrung in der Aktivierung im geriatrischen Umfeld und in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit dementieller Erkrankung von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Aktivierung (1\-3jährige LEA \- Ausbildung)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kreative und gestalterische Fähigkeiten und Offenheit für neue Gruppen\- und Einzelangebote
  • Hohe und flexible Einsatzbereitschaft
