Tâches ##

  • Accompagner et soutenir les personnes avec des handicaps au travail.
  • Mettre en œuvre les objectifs de développement selon le concept Agogik.
  • Gérer la logistique et assurer la sécurité au travail.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en logistique et formation en agogique ou pédagogie sociale requise.
  • Expérience dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap.
  • Compétences en informatique et communication en allemand.

La journée variée

  • Vous accompagnez, soutenez et encouragez des personnes avec des déficiences cognitives, psychiques ou physiques directement dans leur travail quotidien.
  • Vous mettez en pratique les objectifs de développement des clientes et clients conformément à notre concept agogique.
  • Vous maîtrisez la gestion du stock : vous veillez à ce que tout fonctionne parfaitement en logistique (réception, expédition, gestion des stocks), que les règles de sécurité soient respectées et vous soutenez l'équipe dans la mise en œuvre du mandat de prestation.
  • Vous planifiez les commandes d'emballage pour les clients internes et externes et veillez à ce que tout soit réalisé ponctuellement et proprement à la chaîne de production.
  • Vous veillez à l'ordre, à la sécurité au travail et à une utilisation respectueuse du matériel.
  • Vous prenez en charge les tâches administratives et organisationnelles au PC et documentez le développement des clientes et clients.

Vos talents variés

  • Formation de base achevée en tant que logisticienne / logisticien CFC.
  • Formation complémentaire en tant qu-agogienne / agogique du travail ou éducatrice / éducateur social.
  • Vous avez de l-expérience dans l-accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap.
  • Vous êtes physiquement résistant(e) et aimez vous impliquer activement dans le travail quotidien.
  • Vous possédez un permis de chariot élévateur valide (et/ou un permis de conduire catégorie B).
  • Vous maîtrisez bien les programmes informatiques courants (Outlook, Word, Excel) et avez idéalement de l-expérience avec un logiciel de gestion de stock.
  • Vous parlez et écrivez bien et clairement en allemand.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision, de manière autonome et on peut absolument compter sur vous.
  • Vous êtes un joueur d-équipe, aimez échanger avec les autres et avez envie de faire bouger les choses avec nous.
