Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Angebotsmanagement Behinderung (m/w/d)

  • Du übernimmst zusammen mit weiteren Fachpersonen zentrale Aufgaben im Bereich Leistungs\- und Beitragsmanagement von Einrichtungen für Menschen mit Behinderung (Prüfung und Koordination von Anerkennungsgesuchen, Erstellung individueller Leistungsvereinbarungen und Überwachung der Leistungserfüllung)
  • Du erstellst Betriebsbewilligungen und übernimmst mit anderen Teammitgliedern zusammen die Aufsicht von stationären Wohnangeboten und Tagesstrukturen
  • Du führst Anerkennungsverfahren von ambulanten Leistungserbringern durch und stellst ein wirksames Controlling sicher
  • Du gestaltest zusammen mit weiteren Teammitgliedern unterschiedliche Veränderungsprojekte im Bereich Behindertenpolitik
  • Universitäts\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Administration, HealthCare Management oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrungen im Projekt\- und Veränderungsmanagement
  • Gute Verhandlungs\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich der Angebotslandschaft im Bereich Behinderung (z. B. auf Einrichtungsebene) von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und gutes Organisationsgeschick
