Die Gemeinde Emmen sucht per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung infolge Wiederbesetzung in der Direktion Bau und Umwelt, im Bereich Baubewilligungen eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit.

Hier kannst du wirken

  • Beratung von Bauherrschaften und Architekt/ \-innen in planungs\- und baurechtlichen sowie architektonischen Belangen
  • Kontrolle von Baugesuchen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Grundlagen
  • Begehungen und Baukontrollen vor Ort
  • Erarbeitung von Entscheidungen
  • Mithilfe im Aufgabengebiet Objektwesen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zeichner/ \-in Fachrichtung Architektur oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Fachmodul Bauwesen oder die Bereitschaft dieses zu absolvieren
  • Eine interessierte Persönlichkeit, die auf Erfahrungen aufbauen oder erste Berufserfahrungen sammeln möchte
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (u.a. Bluebeam, CAD) sowie Kenntnisse im Planungs\- und Baurecht
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenzen
