Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 20% - 80%, variabel Stellenantritt ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb Was Sie bei uns tun Bei uns betreuen und begleiten Sie in einem fürsorglichen, anregenden und sicheren Umfeld französisch-, deutsch- und zweisprachige Gruppen von Kindern im Alter von 3 Monaten bis 4 Jahren in ihrer Entwicklung. Sind Sie der Ansicht, dass Aushilfen für die Kontinuität und die Qualität der Kinderbetreuung eine wichtige Rolle spielen? Möchten Sie den Kindern Natur und Wald mit ihren vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, Entdecken und Erforschen näherbringen? Schätzen Sie Abwechslung, Vielfalt und die Arbeit im Team? Sprechen Sie Deutsch oder Französisch und möchten Ihre guten Kenntnisse in der anderen Sprache in einem anregenden zweisprachigen Umfeld anwenden und verbessern? Dann suchen wir genau Sie zur Ergänzung unserer Teams! Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen EFZ als Fachfrau oder Fachmann Betreuung oder gleichwertige in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung Bereitschaft für Einsätze an unseren verschiedenen Standorten Dass diese Stelle Flexibilität erfordert, variable Arbeitszeiten mit sich bringt und auch kurzfristige Einsätze auf Abruf vorkommen, versteht sich von selbst. Je nach Möglichkeit ist im Vertrag ein fixes Teilpensum denkbar. Über uns Bei uns profitieren Sie von attraktiven Anstellungsbedingungen wie einem monatlichen Bruttolohn zwischen 4960 und 6940 Franken (x 13), abhängig von Alter und Berufserfahrung. Unserer Dienststelle Städtische Kitas gehören sechs auf die Quartiere Biels verteilte Kindertagesstätten unterschiedlicher Grösse mit attraktiven Räumlichkeiten an. Um stets die aktuellen pädagogischen Erkenntnisse anzuwenden, entwickeln wir unser pädagogisches Konzept mit der Unterstützung des Marie Meierhofer Instituts für das Kind und verankern dieses dank der auf Beobachtungen basierenden Methode der Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten in unserer täglichen Arbeit.
