Als Fachperson Betreuung mit Fachrichtung Kinder sorgen Sie mit Ihrem Einfühlungsvermögen und Engagement für das Wohlbefinden der wohl wertvollsten Schätze unserer Mitarbeitenden sowie weiterer Davoser Eltern.

Als Regionalspital/Akutspital mit Rettungsdienst, Pflegeheim und Spitex sind wir für die medizinische Grundversorgung der Davoser Bevölkerung und Gäste zuständig. Genauso wichtig ist uns aber auch das Wohlbefinden unserer Mitarbeitenden. Bei uns arbeiten Sie in einem überschaubaren, für die Region jedoch wichtigen Betrieb, wir pflegen ein kollegiales Arbeitsklima und schätzen die Nähe zur Natur sowie die zahlreichen Sport- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten von Davos.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Unterstützung bei der Führung der Kindergruppe
  • Umsetzen der pädagogischen Ziele der Kinderkrippe
  • Weitere vielfältige Aufgaben im täglichen Krippenbetrieb

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Fachrichtung Kinder oder eine gleichwertige in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung, Fachpersonen frisch ab Ausbildung sehr willkommen!
  • Sie begegnen den Kindern mit Freude, Einfühlungsvermögen und Engagement
  • Sie sind eine kreative, begeisterungsfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Sie pflegen einen respektvollen, verantwortungsbewussten und kollegialen Umgang
  • Sie sind flexibel und teamfähig
