Wir sind 12 Bewohner/innen mit den unterschiedlichsten Bedürfnissen und Beeinträchtigungen und leben auf zwei Wohngruppen. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer humorvollen, flexiblen, pflichtbewussten und offenen Person. Obwohl wir schon etwas älter sind, geniessen wir das Leben in vollen Zügen. Dabei ist uns Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung wichtig.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Professionelle Betreuung, Begleitung und Pflege von erwachsenen Menschen mit einer kognitiven und psychischen Beeinträchtigung im Wohnalltag
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit und Fördern der Selbstbestimmung
  • Ressortverantwortung
  • Begleitung und Motivation für eine sinnvolle Freizeitgestaltung der Bewohner/innen
  • Mitplanung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der vereinbarten Entwicklungs- und Förderangebote
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Durchführung ärztlicher/medizinischer Verordnungen (Medikamentenabgabe, Therapien, etc.)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Betreuung Wohnen sowie internen und externen Stellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung/Pflege, Pflegehelfer/in o.ä. wünschenswert
  • Balance zwischen innerer Ruhe, Gelassenheit und dem inneren Antrieb etwas zu verändern
  • Die Komplexität der Demenz faszinieren dich
  • Pflege gehört für dich ganz selbstverständlich zum Alltag
  • Herzlichkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität, Kreativität
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässiger Arbeitszeit und Wochenenddiensten (keine Nachtarbeit)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
