Fachperson Buchhaltung 50–60% mit Immobilienaffinität (w/m/d) ================================================================

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Führung verschiedener Finanzbuchhaltungen im Immobilien\- und Unternehmensumfeld
  • Verantwortung für Mahnwesen und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Mitarbeit bei Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellung von \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Abwicklung von MWST\-Abrechnungen und steuerlichen Themen
  • Betreuung des Versicherungswesens
  • Übernahme weiterer abwechslungsreicher Aufgaben im Finanz\- und Immobilienbereich

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich, idealerweise in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in einem ERP\-System
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
