Rund 100 Mitarbeitende in 14 unterschiedlichen Abteilungen, verbinden dabei professionelle Arbeitsintegration mit realen Aufträgen aus Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Für die Abteilung CreAtelier in Jona, suchen wir per 01.12.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Fachperson CreAtelier, 80 % (mwd)

Was dich bei uns erwartet: Dein Herz schlägt für alles Kreative. Du bist handwerklich begabt und gibst deine Begeisterung ebenfalls an die Teilnehmenden weiter. Du arbeitest zusammen mit deinem Vorgesetzten im Zweierteam und stellst (Upcycling-)Produkte aus Textilen und anderen Materialien her.

Deine Aufgaben: - Betreuung von ca. 8 Teilnehmenden unter arbeitsagogischen Grundsätzen - Fallführung mit Befindlichkeitsgesprächen, Journalführung sowie Berichtswesen und Standortgesprächen - Entgegennehmen und Abwicklung von internen und externen Aufträgen - Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung des Produktangebotes sowie des CreAteliers - Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsplanung und Organisation des Atelierbetriebs - Mitwirkung bei Projekten im Gesamtbetrieb wie auch befristete Einsätze in anderen Abteilungen bei Bedarf - Stellvertretung bei (Ferien-)Abwesenheit des Abteilungsleiters

Dein Profil: - Freude im Umgang mit Menschen mit psychischen, physischen oder sozialen Herausforderungen – arbeitsagogische Erfahrungen von Vorteil - Hohe Sozialkompetenzen, selbständige, aber auch verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise - Flair für die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen (Textil-)Produkten im Bereich Geschenkartikel, Mode- und Wohn-Accessoires - Handwerkliches Geschick mit soliden Näherfahrungen - Gute kommunikative, organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten - Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie solide Microsoft Office Kenntnisse - Teamfähige, belastbare und resiliente Persönlichkeit mit Humor, Gelassenheit und Übersicht, auch in herausfordernden Situationen
