In unserem Bildungszentrum begleiten wir Lernende, führen unterschiedliche Kurse durch und unterstützen unsere Mitgliedsbetriebe in der Aus\- und Weiterbildung auch in der Erwachsenenbildung.

Swissmechanic Zürich sucht für ihr Bildungszentrum in Effretikon eine Fachperson Elektro \& Automation (80–100 %).

Dabei suchen wir nicht zwingend eine bereits erfahrene Lehrperson oder Kursleiter. Entscheidend ist für uns deine fachliche Erfahrung und die Freude sowie Leidenschaft daran, dein Wissen an die nächste Generation weiterzugeben.

Du …

\-vermittelst dein Fachwissen praxisnah an Lernende und junge Berufsleute

\-führst praxisorientierte überbetriebliche Kurse (üK) im Bereich Elektro und Automation durch

\-begleitest junge Menschen bei ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung

\-übernimmst schrittweise die methodische, didaktische, organisatorische und materielle Verantwortung für eine Ausbildungsbereiche

\-bringst deine Erfahrung und deine Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Ausbildungsangebote ein

\-arbeitest eng mit Lehrbetrieben, Berufsbildnern und weiteren Partnern aus der MEM\-Branche zusammen

\-übernimmst je nach Interesse und Erfahrung weitere Aufgaben in unserem Bildungszentrum

Das bringst du mit

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als:

Automatiker EFZ \| Schaltanlagenmonteur EFZ \| Elektromechaniker \| Automatikmonteur EFZ \| Elektroniker EFZ oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Elektro / Automation.

Idealerweise bringst du zudem mit:

\-einige Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung

\-gute Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Automation

\-Erfahrung mit SPS\-Programmierung von Vorteil

\-Freude daran, mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen zu arbeiten

\- Interesse daran, dein Fachwissen weiterzugeben und dich in der Berufsbildung weiterzuentwickeln

\-eine selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

\-Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit

\-sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Noch keine Erfahrung als Berufsbildner oder Kursleiter? Kein Problem.

Eine pädagogische oder didaktische Weiterbildung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wir unterstützen dich dabei, dich in diese Aufgabe einzuarbeiten und weiterzuentwickeln.

Viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du dein Fachgebiet beherrschst und mit Freude und Leidenschaft dein Wissen weitergibst.
