Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Solothurn suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Fachperson Elektrotechnik 100%.

So sieht Ihr neuer Arbeitsalltag bei uns aus

  • Betrieb, Unterhalt und Optimierung von Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen
  • Entwicklung, Aufbau und Automatisierung von Produktionsvorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Begleitung von bis zu 10 Mitarbeitenden mit Beeinträchtigung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen unter Einhaltung der Qualitäts\-, Termin\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Instruktion, Schulung und individuelle Förderung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Begleitung und Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden in Arbeitsintegrationsmassnahmen (AMI) sowie Praktikant:innen

Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung EFZ
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie mechanische und elektrische Grundkenntnisse
  • Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis und gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und ERP\-Systemen
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung sowie eine wertschätzende und respektvolle Grundhaltung
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozial\- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Agogische Grundkenntnisse oder entsprechende Erfahrung von Vorteil
