Die Kantonspolizei Zürich übernimmt mit ihren rund 4000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern Verantwortung für die Sicherheit im Kanton. Zur Verstärkung unseres Facility Managements suchen wir für den Verkehrsstützpunkt Urdorf per Februar 2027 eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Fachperson Facility Management / Gebäudemanagement 100% ========================================================

Aufgaben

  • Planung und selbstständige Ausführung von Wartungs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (HLKKS, Steuerungen und Gebäudetechniksysteme) inkl. Inspektion, Prüfung und Reparatur
  • Fachgerechte Bedienung und Überwachung der technischen Anlagen sowie Anwendung der Gebäudeunterhalts\- und Warenlogistiksoftware (CAFM)
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Betriebsfragen, Erkennen von Ursachen, Priorisierung sowie Einleitung nachhaltiger Massnahmen
  • Aufbieten, Begleiten und Überwachen von Fach\- und Servicekräften sowie Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen und Unterstützung bei integralen Anlagentests
  • Pflege und Bewirtschaftung der Gebäude, Gebäudeteile und Aussenanlagen inkl. Umgebungspflege, Winterdienst und Bedienung der erforderlichen Maschinen und Geräte
  • Organisation und Bewirtschaftung von Werkstatt, Materiallager und Arbeitsplätzen inkl. Materialbestellungen sowie Umsetzung der Sekundärentsorgung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen, Arbeitsprozessen und Materialkonzepten sowie Nachführung der technischen Unterhaltsdokumentation
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten in den Bereichen Energieoptimierung, Sanierung, technische Aufwertung und Umbauten sowie Sicherstellung der Energieeffizienz\-, Umwelt\- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der Hauswarte EBA und EFZ bei anspruchsvollen technischen Aufgaben sowie Übernahme von Pikett\- und Winterdiensten und Ferienvertretungen innerhalb des Kantons Zürich

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (EFZ) sowie eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Bereich Facility Management, Hauswartung, Instandhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Fachgebiet, idealerweise im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb und Unterhalt gebäudetechnischer Anlagen (HLKKS) sowie im Umgang mit Steuerungen und Gebäudetechniksystemen
  • Erfahrung mit CAFM\-Systemen oder Bereitschaft, sich vertieft in entsprechende Anwendungen einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis, körperliche Belastbarkeit und Freude am praktischen Arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit, technische Störungen und Betriebsfragen selbstständig zu analysieren, zu priorisieren und nachhaltige Lösungen umzusetzen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung (Sie verantworten das FM auf dem Verkehrsstützpunkt Urdorf eigenständig)
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Bereitschaft für Pikett\- und Winterdienst und Ferienvertretungen innerhalb des Kantons Zürich
  • Führerausweis Kat. B und einwandfreier Leumund
