Unser Kunde ist eine etablierte, lokale Organisation mit einem überschaubaren Finanzteam und klar strukturierten Prozessen: gemeinsam suchen wir eine Fachperson Finanzen (ad Interim) 80\-100%. Das Interim Projekt entsteht aufgrund einer befristeten Abwesenheit im Team. Der Stellenantritt ist nach Vereinbarung, die Vakanz soll für rund sieben Monate besetzt werden. Dank einer sorgfältigen Übergabe und einer guten Dokumentation finden Sie optimale Voraussetzungen für einen erfolgreichen Start vor.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Selbstständig führen Sie die Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive \- und Nebenbüchern
  • Den Jahresabschluss 2026 nach OR erstellen Sie auf Basis einer gut dokumentierten Vorjahresstruktur
  • Laufende Buchhaltungsarbeiten koordinieren Sie zuverlässig und stellen eine hohe Datenqualität sicher
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützen Sie die Lohnbuchhaltung und bringen sich flexibel im Tagesgeschäft ein
  • arbeiten Sie mit einer erfahrenen Sachbearbeiterin sowie der Administration zusammen

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Sicherheit bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus oder die Bereitschaft, sich rasch in das System einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude an einer befristeten Aufgabe und die Bereitschaft, ad hoc die Verantwortung zu übernehmen
