Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege oder Rehabilitation von Vorteil
  • Belastbare, flexible und motivierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Empathischer Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Aufgaben ##

  • Sicherstellung einer patienten- und ergebnisorientierten Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit diplomierten Pflegefachpersonen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Pflegeplanung im Rahmen der eigenen Kompetenzen
  • Beobachtung und Beurteilung von Pflegesituationen sowie Einleitung angemessener Massnahmen in Akutsituationen
  • Durchführung von alltagsnahen Beratungen zu Themen wie Ernährung, Körperpflege und Bekleidung
  • Lückenlose Pflegedokumentation sowie Leistungserfassung
  • Mitwirkung an Projekten und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung zur Sicherstellung hoher Pflegequalität
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Patiententransporten
  • Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit, Ordnung und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre für Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Unterstützung im Servicebereich, insbesondere bei Mahlzeiten
