Die Senseera Gesundheit AG ist der umfassende Anbieter im Bereich der Langzeit\- und spitalexternen Pflege im Sensebezirk. Sie vereint acht Pflegeheime, ein Tagesheim sowie die Spitex. Über 800 Mitarbeitende pflegen und betreuen täglich über 400 Bewohnende und erbringen rund 370 Einsätze pro Tag für die Klientinnen und Klienten der Spitex.

Für unseren Standort Pflegeheim Wolfacker in Düdingen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein:e

Was Dich erwartet

  • Durchführung und Sicherstellung einer bedarfs\- und bedürfnisgerechten Pflege und Betreuung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Mitwirkung in der Qualitäts\-Entwicklung

Was Du mitbringst

  • Fähigkeitsausweis FaGe, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und Freude am Umgang mit betagten Menschen sowie Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • RAI LTCF Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
