Der Murhof bietet im historischen St. am Dreikantonseck LU/BE/AG erwachsenen Menschen – unabhängig von und Gesundheitszustand – umfassende sowie bedarfsgerechte Pflege\- und Betreuungsangebote.

Täglich engagieren sich rund 90 Mitarbeitende mit grosser Kompetenz und viel für das Wohl der 60 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir:

Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder

Fachperson Betreuung EFZ mit Behandlungspflegekurs (m/w/d)

60–100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer umfassenden, bedürfnisorientierten und ganzheitlichen Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Berufliches und fachliches Können und Wissen im Pflegealltag anwenden
  • Übernahme der Hausverantwortung
  • Ausführung der Tagesverantwortung auf der Station mit der Koordination der täglichen Arbeitsprozesse
  • Führung einer zweckmässigen Pflegedokumentation
  • Pflege von Kontakten mit Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärzten
  • Anleiten und unterstützen des Assistenzpersonals
  • Einführung neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Bei Interesse mit Berufsbildungsfunktion

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/\-mann Gesundheit (FaGe) oder eine Ausbildung als Fachfrau/\-mann Betreuung mit einem Behandlungspflegekurs
  • Hohe Fachkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Gute Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in der Arbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Pflege\- und Dokumentationssoftware
  • Einwandfreies Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
