Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Langzeitpflegeinstitution in der Region Toggenburg, suchen wir eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) mit Zusatzfunktion als Berufsbildner:in. Sie begleiten FaGe-Lernende im Praxisalltag und bringen gleichzeitig Ihre Erfahrung in der Pflege ein.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (FaGe) oder eine anerkannte gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im entsprechenden Berufsfeld
  • Berufsbildnerkurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Freude an der Ausbildung und Begleitung von FaGe-Lernenden
  • Kenntnisse des Schweizer Berufsbildungssystems von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachkompetente und beziehungsorientierte Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Begleitung und Ausbildung von FaGe-Lernenden im Praxisalltag
  • Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung der Lernenden
  • Durchführung von Kompetenznachweisen und Qualifikationsgesprächen

  • Maximal ein Wochenende pro Monat, in der Regel weniger
  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung in die Berufsbildnerfunktion
  • Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen
