Während die Senevita Standorte für selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen und umfassende Pflege stehen, ist Senevita Casa die schweizweit führende Anbieterin privater Spitex\-Leistungen. Für die Senevita Casa Zug suchen wir für die Region Ägerital nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ im Stunden\- oder Monatslohn 40\-100% \- Region Ägerital Dein wichtiger Beitrag Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Grundpflege Du kümmerst dich um die fachgerechte Behandlungspflege Du führst die Pflegedokumentation lückenlos und selbstständig Du bist mit der Fallführung eng im Austausch und wirkst aktiv im Pflegeprozess mit Du übernimmst bei Bedarf auch administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben Hiermit bereicherst du unser Team Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit Du zeichnest dich durch dein eigenverantwortliches und qualitätsbewusstes Arbeiten aus Du hast Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und engagierst dich für die vielseitigen Aufgaben Vorteilsweise bringst du Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit Von Vorteil besitzt du ein eigenes Auto und bist in der Region wohnhaft Worauf wir sind Unsere Priorität liegt in der persönlichen Kundenbetreuung und in der Kontinuität durch fixe Pflegepersonen.
