Wir begleiten erwachsene Menschen mit einer schweren Mehrfachbeeinträchtigung in ihrer Lebensgestaltung und schaffen für sie individuelle Lebensfelder. Unsere Arbeit ist geprägt von Respekt und Empathie. Wir orientieren uns an definierten Qualitätsstandards sowie an anerkannten agogischen, pflegerischen und therapeutischen Grundsätzen. 

Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 40-50%

Das ist dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Sicherstellen und Weiterentwicklung einer fachgerechten medizinischen Pflege und Betreuung
  • Anleiten und beraten der Mitarbeitenden in pflegerischen und medizinischen Belangen die Klient\*innen betreffend 
  • Interdisziplinärer Austausch mit allen Bereichen im Haus
  • Bewirtschaftung der Medikamente und Pflegemittel, Rezeptwesen
  • Kontakte zu Ärzten, Angehörigen und Beiständ\*innen in Bezug auf pflegerische und medizinische Belange
  • Erarbeitung von Richtlinien, Merkblättern, Konzepten im Gesundheitsbereich

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FaGe EFZ oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 
  • Qualifizierte Praxiserfahrung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken 
  • Freude an selbstständiger Arbeitsweise und Veränderungen mitzugestalten
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
