Auf unserer kardiologischen Bettenabteilung erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches und anspruchsvolles Patientenspektrum. Wir betreuen Menschen in medizinisch und pflegerisch komplexen Situationen und dabei steht nicht immer nur das Herz im Mittelpunkt. Von Patient nach interventionellen Eingriffen oder Aortenklappen-Implantationen über Menschen mit angeborenen Herzfehlern bis hin zu Patienten mit Kunstherz (LVAD) auf dem Weg zur Herztransplantation: Bei uns ist jeder Tag anders. Dich erwartet ein Umfeld, in dem deine Fachkompetenz, dein ganzheitlicher Blick und deine Freude an vielseitiger Pflege gefragt sind. Was dich erwartet

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patient:innen zusammen mit einer diplomierten Pflegefachperson
  • Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess: Dein Input zählt! Zusammen mit der Pflegefachperson sicherst du einen individuellen, bedürfnisgerechten Pflegeprozess für die optimale Pflege
  • Mitgestaltung der Teamkultur: Du trägst aktiv zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima und dem Erreichen unserer Ziele der Abteilung bei
  • Logistische Aufgaben rund um die Patientenversorgung

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Erfahrung im Akutspital: Du bist im Umgang mit akut erkrankten Patient:innen vertraut
  • Flexibilität & Belastbarkeit: Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Selbständigkeit & Zuverlässigkeit: Du arbeitest eigenständig und lässt dich nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe bringen
  • Freude am Pflegeberuf: Du brennst für deinen Job und zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft aus
