Das REHAB Basel, Klinik für Neurorehabilitation und Paraplegiologie, behandelt und rehabilitiert Patient\*innen mit Querschnittlähmung, Hirnverletzung sowie verwandten Krankheitsbildern nach Unfall oder Erkrankung. Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachperson Gesundheit (FAGE) 80%-100% für den Bereich Neurologie oder Paraplegiologie.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ###

  • Fachspezifisches Arbeiten unter der Verantwortung einer Diplomierten Pflegefachperson
  • Durchführung von Handlungen an Patient\*innen unter Delegation von der Diplomierten Pflegefachperson im Rahmen des persönlichen Tätigkeitskataloges des REHAB Basel
  • Mitgestaltung eines auf Patient\*innen abgestimmten Tagesablauf mit dem interprofessionellen Team
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der übertragenen und delegierten Handlungen
  • Durchführen von delegierten, durch den ärztlichen Bereich angeordneten, medizin-diagnostischen und -technischen Massnahmen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Berufliche Erfahrung im Fachbereich der neurologischen oder paraplegiologischen Rehabilitation oder Interesse sich in diesen einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Wahrnehmungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Teambewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2)
  • Gute EDV-Grundkenntnisse
