Über Arca-Personal AG Die Arca-Personal AG ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und Verleih von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Schweiz. Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine Fachperson Gesundheit mit Fokus auf Demenz. Diese Position erfordert Engagement, Flexibilität und Empathie im Umgang mit dementen Personen. Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die mit Herz und Fachwissen überzeugt.

Region: Bern Anstellungsart: Festanstellung Pensum: 40% - 80%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Direkte Betreuung und Pflege von Menschen mit Demenz
  • Unterstützung der Klient:innen bei der Bewältigung ihres Alltags
  • Durchführung von medizinischen Massnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachärzt:innen
  • Förderung der sozialen Interaktion und Aktivierung der Bewohner:innen
  • Dokumentation und Weitergabe von Beobachtungen im Pflegeprozess

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Demenzbetreuung von Vorteil
  • Empathische und geduldige Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
