Grundstückgewinnsteuer klingt auf den ersten Blick trocken? Bei uns ist sie alles andere als das: Du arbeitest an spannenden Schnittstellen zwischen Immobilien, Steuerrecht, Verwaltung und Bevölkerung. Du sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Geschäfte sauber, fair und verständlich abgewickelt werden – und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag für drei attraktive Zuger Gemeinden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung: für Grundstückgewinnsteuergeschäfte der Gemeinden Cham, und Hünenberg.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson: für Fragen von Bevölkerung, Fachstellen und Kommissionen.
  • Du bringst Struktur hinein: mit Steuerbestätigungen, Auskünften, Kontrollen und Überwachungsaufgaben.
  • Du gestaltest mit: bei der Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse.
  • Du gibst Wissen weiter: indem du Lernende punktuell unterstützt.
