Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 40% - 100%, nach Vereinbarung Stellenantritt nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb Genau dich haben wir gesucht- Fachperson Hort (40 - 100%) Das Chinderhuus Simsala in Windisch und Brugg ist ein lebhafter Betrieb und bietet rund 380 Kindern im Alter von drei Monaten bis Ende Primarschule eine familien- und schulergänzende Betreuung. In unseren Räumlichkeiten in der Altstadt von Brugg führen wir eine Kita und einen Hort. Für unseren Hort in Brugg suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit, die mit viel Freude den Alltag unserer Hortkinder im Alter von 4 bis 12 Jahren bedürfnisorientiert, abwechslungsreich und mit Herz gestaltet.   Deine Aufgaben Begleitung der Kinder im Alltag und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung ihrer Selbst- und Sozialkompetenz Aufbau einer vertrauensvollen und persönlichen Beziehung zu jedem einzelnen Kind Pflege eines wertschätzenden Kontakts zu den Eltern Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs und der Alltagsstrukturen sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Monatsprojekten Verantwortung für die Raumgestaltung und Planung der Ferienbetreuung Übernahme administrativer Arbeiten wie Präsenzkontrolle, Lebensmittel- und Materialbestellungen, Kontrolle von Lieferungen, Führen der Teamagenda usw. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Hortleitung und den anderen Fachpersonen Umsetzung der betrieblichen Konzepte und Reglemente Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten und internen Prozessen   Das bringst du mit Abschluss als Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ oder mindestens eine gleichwertige, anerkannte Ausbildung. Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindergarten- und Schulkindern Stilsichere mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative Viel Motivation, Herzblut und Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Kindern Neue Ideen und fundiertes Fachwissen, dass du aktiv einbringen möchtest   Das erwartet dich Ein humorvolles, wertschätzendes und kollegiales Team Raum für Mitgestaltung, eigene Ideen und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Grosszügige Räumlichkeiten in der Altstadt von Brugg, welche mit dem ÖV gut erreichbar sind Tolle Teamausflüge und Weihnachtsessen Haben wir dein Interesse geweckt?
