The posting

Das Bürgerliche Waisenhaus mit seinem pädagogischen Verbundnetz ermöglicht Babys, Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen eine ihrem Alter und ihrer Entwicklung entsprechende Förderung und Betreuung.

Das Angebot im familien- und schulergänzenden Bereich umfasst vier Kitas, zwei Tagesstrukturen und rund 50 Tagesfamilien. Das Bürgerliche Waisenhaus fördert die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf. An vier attraktiven Standorten bieten die Kitas Dalbehof, Gellert, St. Jakob und die Kita im Waisenhaus ein professionelles Betreuungsangebot für Kinder von 3 Monaten bis 6 Jahren / bis zur dritten Primarstufe.

Für die Kita Gellert suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Fachperson Kinderbetreuung EFZ (w/m/d) 80% - Kita Gellert

Ihr Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet die Mithilfe bei der Betreuung der Kinder sowie die Organisation des Tagesablaufes. Ausserdem tragen Sie die Mitverantwortung für das Wohlsein der Kinder und deren altersadäquate Entwicklung. Sie leiten unsere Lernenden an und begleiten sie bis zum Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung.

 Voraussetzungen:

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als FaBeK EFZ und
  • bringen ein hohes pädagogisches Fachwissen und Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Ausbildung von Lernende:n.
  • Sie bringen Freude, Geduld und Motivation für die Arbeit mit Kindern mit.
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und arbeiten gerne im Team.
