Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Als Unterhaltsspezialist suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Unser vieleistiger Maschinenpark kurz vorgestellt, denn bei uns gibt’s keine Anlage zweimal:

- 2 grosse vollautomatische Formanlagen (Sonderanfertigungen) in der Sandgiesserei, inkl. Sandaufbereitung, mehrere Schmelzöfen (elektrisch und gasbeheizt), Lüftungs- und Filteranlagen u.v.m. Giessvorrichtungen und Öfen in der Kokillengiesserei - 2 komplette Wärmebehandlungsanlagen - Kernschiessmaschinen, inkl. Sandaufbereitung - Schmiedemaschinen (Pressen inkl. Öfen) und Abkantpressen sowie Sägeautomaten im Schmiedewerk - 10 CNC-Dreh- und Fräszentren in der mechanischen Bearbeitung und im Werkzeugbau - Zahlreiche weitere Maschinen/Anlagen wie bspw. Sandstrahl- und Durchleuchtungsanlagen, Druckluftkompressoren mit dem zugehörigen Netz, Lagervorrichtungen, Gabelstapler sowie kleinere Maschinen und Geräte

Ihre Herausforderung:

  • Wartungsarbeiten und vorbeugender Unterhalt sowie kurzfristige Reparaturen und Störungsbehebungen am gesamten Maschinenpark
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Produktionsabteilungen und externen Servicetechnikern
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektierung und Installation von Neuinvestitionen (Keine Reinigung/Hauswarttätigkeiten)

Ihr Profil

  • Handwerkliche, mechanische Berufsausbildung (bspw. Land-, Maschinenmechaniker o. Ä.)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Elektrik/Elektronik von Vorteil
  • Freude an hoher Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
  • Zuverlässige, exakte, speditive und kreative Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
  • Bereitschaft, in Ausnahmefällen auch ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten Einsätze zu leisten
