Mit mehr als 20 Standorten und rund 1'600 Mitarbeitenden ist Domicil die Nummer 1 in der Langzeitpflege im Kanton Bern. Unter dem Dach von Concara engagieren wir uns gemeinsam mit der Spitex Bern für eine integrierte Rundumversorgung. Deine Aufgaben

Du stellst eine hochstehende und ganzheitliche Betreuungs\- und Pflegequalität für unsere Bewohner:innen sicher und bewältigst mit deinem neuzeitlichen Pflegeverständnis die unterschiedlichsten Alltagssituationen und bist mitverantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Pflegeprozesse. Mit Respekt und Achtsamkeit gehst du auf deren individuellen Bedürfnisse und Wünsche ein. Du stellst die elektronische Pflegedokumentation und die Anwendung des RAI\-Systems bezüglich Pflegestandards sicher. Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen stehst du in anspruchsvollen Situationen unterstützend zur Seite. Zu Angehörigen und Vertrauenspersonen pflegst du professionelle und einfühlsame Kontakte.

Deine Entwicklung ist uns wichtig: Wir fördern dich nach deinen Interessen in Themen wie Palliative Care, Wundmanagement, Ethik, RAI:LTCF, usw., welche du im Alltag anwenden kannst.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), Ausbildung auf Sekundarstufe (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, Betagtenbetreuer/\-in, Hauspfleger/\-in u.a.)
  • Erfahrung im Langzeitbereich von Vorteil aber keine Bedingung
  • Offene und konstruktive Persönlichkeit, verantwortungsvolles und engagiertes Arbeiten am Bewohner, Flexibilität, Empathischer Umgang im Alltag
