Der Verein OJA Offene Jugendarbeit Zürich Die OJA Offene Jugendarbeit Zürich gestaltet mit über 65 Fachpersonen an 13 Standorten vielfältige Angebote für und mit Jugendlichen.

Für die OJA Mitte suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung innovative, ausdauernde und reflektierte Persönlichkeit als

Fachperson Offene Jugendarbeit 60 % ##

mit Schwerpunkt sozialraumorientierte Jugendarbeit.

Die OJA Mitte ist in den Bereichen auf den Sozialraum ausgerichtete Jugendarbeit und jugendkulturelle Events mit gesamtstädtischer Ausrichtung tätig. In der sozialraumorientierten Jugendarbeit betreibt die OJA Mitte mehrere Standorte mit vielfältigem Raumangebot, ein Midnight-Sports Standort im Josefzentrum und leistet Aufsuchende Jugendarbeit im ganzen Gebiet. Der Einbezug der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen bei der Angebotsgestaltung und das Fördern deren sozialen Kompetenzen sind zentrale Aufgaben.

Du passt gut zu uns, wenndu mit Begeisterung und Neugier auf Jugendliche zugehst, Freude daran hast, neue Ideen in die Praxis umzusetzen und die Zusammenarbeit in einem grossen Team schätzt. Wir planen, reflektieren und entwickeln unsere Angebote zusammen, nutzen die unterschiedlichen Stärken im Team und unterstützen uns im Arbeitsalltag gegenseitig.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team begleitest und ermöglichst du vielfältige Raumnutzungen, von offenen Treffangeboten bis hin zu selbstverwalteten Projekten.
  • Du übernimmst die Co-Standortleitung des Midnight Sports im Josef.
  • Du erkennst Entwicklungen und Bedürfnisse im Sozialraum und initiierst gemeinsam mit Jugendlichen neue Projekte und Angebote.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bist du im öffentlichen Raum präsent, pflegst Beziehungen zu Jugendlichen und stärkst ihre Beteiligung und Mitgestaltung.
  • Du berätst und unterstützt Jugendliche niederschwellig in ihrer Lebenswelt und vermittelst bei Bedarf an spezialisierte Fachstellen.
  • Du arbeitest konzeptionell, entwickelst bestehende Angebote weiter und bringst neue Ideen in die OJA Mitte ein.

Damit überzeugst du uns

  • Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit (FH oder HF) oder in Ausbildung (HSLU Soziokultur oder Gemeindeanimation Artiset)
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen sowie Freude an Projekten und Veranstaltungen
  • Mut, Dinge auszuprobieren, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aus Erfahrungen zu lernen
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Freude an Teamarbeit in einem grossen Team
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, auch abends und gelegentlich an Wochenenden
  • Interesse an Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
